Fear not for God is with us! Over and over in the bible the Lord spoke to David and said be strong and courageous. This morning I woke up and as I sat down to do my devotions I kept hearing the words, "I am not afraid."
My thoughts went to the fact that God is with me and therefore I have no reason to fear.
Isaiah 41:10 declares, "Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
This is an incredible promise. We can trust God to take care of us everyday! Don't go by what your eyes see in the nature, but look to your heavenly Father and that which He is doing in the invisible world. Ask Him for eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying about your situation. Be not afraid for He is with you!
The angel spoke to Mary, Jesus' mom, and said, "Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which shall be for all the people." (Luke 2:10). I believe that there is "good news" out there, but we are reading and watching the wrong news. We need to trust the word of God for it is truly the "GOOD NEWS"!
As believers in יֵשׁוּעַ Yeshua‘ (Jesus Christ) we can place our trust in Him for every need we have.
Truly, I am not afraid of anything for I am confident that the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord is with me! And He is will you too.
